Barnet CouncilAkton recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced business Analyst to join the Barnet Council.Job Role: Business AnalystJob PurposeThe role is a contract role for a Business Analyst with experience in LEAN and/or Six Sigma in delivering significant process improvement to business process across multiple stakeholders.The council has several disparate and manual processes to support Starters, Leavers and Movers (SLAM) within the organisation.The current processes are not fit for purpose. The Business Analyst will work on a defined project and scope for SLAM.The analyst will work with several stakeholders to understand, articulate in very clear terms the current process.Key Responsibilities

Proven experience of working with a diverse set of stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

The ability and experience of presenting.

Persuasive communication, including persuading stakeholders and management.

To be able to work collaboratively across LBB, working with a wide range of people.

To build and lead a team that encourages collaborative work, with an emphasis on creating an environment where all can share their ideas.
