Job Description

Are you an experienced business analyst with a focus on transforming customer experiencesThis project involves a heavy focus on the customer - specifically analysing how they can interact with the product and transforming the customer journey and experience.Please note, this role requires a mixture of on-site attendance and remote working, with flexibility to choose which days you will be on-site. This role is offering up to £650 P/D INSIDE IR35 for an initial 6-month contract.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Confident to serve as a liaison between Change, IT and business users and work with business partners to analyse business requirements and produce specifications for any change to process or technology applications.
  • Be proactive with the business by identifying potential areas where business systems / processes / policies / procedures may require change.
  • Take leading role in translating business requirements into process / system changes / functional specifications and play a key role in working with the business to determine the "to-be" solution.
  • Comfortable in leading meetings and driving consensus and must be comfortable with a constantly changing environment, and managing stakeholders and their varying requirements and styles.
  • Team player who will establish rapport and trusted relationships with change team and across the wider business.
SKILLS:
  • A minimum of two-three years experience working as a Business Analyst on projects delivering significant business, systems (working within the Software Development Lifecycle) or regulatory change.
  • Strong business analysis and process re-engineering knowledge, covering operational, data management and customer interaction requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience eliciting and articulating benefits from stakeholders.
  • Experience of creating detailed process maps using MS Visio or similar.
  • Proven ability to conduct workshops and chair meetings with effective stakeholder management.
  • Experience in preparing reports detailing the results of analysis, highlighting options and recommendations.
