Job Description

Job title: Business Change ManagerLocation: Remote with ad hoc travel to London, Leeds, OR Stratford (2 days in the office 3 days remote)£90,000 +5% bonusWe have an exciting new opportunity for a business change manager to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients organisations,in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.The requirements would involve but not be limited to:

  • Analysing stakeholder groups, driving stakeholder engagement and management to support the project and programme delivery.
  • Developing detailed change impact assessments and securing a shared view of these impacts across areas impacted by the programme team and the business area sponsored by the change.
  • Developing effective and appropriate change interventions and deliverables in conjunction with the business and programme team to manage these impacts. The establishment and leadership of change champion networks, communication plans, engagement materials,training needs analysis, go-live readiness plans and supporting the transition to BAU teams.
  • Working closely with project and programme teams to deliver change aligned to the companys Change Delivery Framework and collaborating with other areas to ensure a joined-up experience for end users.
  • Contribution to the Business Change practice, supporting the development of content for capability frameworks, best practice methodologies and deliverable frameworks.
The ideal individual would have:
  • Experience in stakeholder management with a diverse range of stakeholders, overcoming resistance to change and demonstrating the ability to gain trust and understand the issues that matter to people most.
  • Knowledge of how change management fits within both a waterfall and agile project delivery framework and experience in project planning. Experience in identifying risks, developing mitigation actions, and reaching agreements with stakeholders on the managementof risks and issues.
  • Good organisational skills, Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills: excellent written and oral communication.
  • Gives and receives information clearly and concisely and encourages open dialogue by listening and engaging in a debate as appropriate to create ownership and commitment. Works successfully with others, valuing and using the different skills and expertiseof colleagues across an organisation to achieve business outcomes.
  • Ability to understand structures and business priorities and build credibility quickly.
