We are looking for multiple people to join a new Surveyor/Project Management team.We have a five-year growth plan in place, which has taken effect and we need highly motivated people to be a part of this exciting journey.What is the JobWe are looking for multiple Surveyor/Project Managers.The candidate should have expertise in Project management with building technical knowledge.The successful candidates will be required to carry out the following project cycle:- Attend a property and diagnose the building fault- Prepare a templated report of the cause and proposed solution, along with measurements and photo/video support, ready for the commercial team to prepare an estimate.- Plan our direct labour, sub-contractors, and necessary materials to complete the job, to a high standard.- Ensure budgets are maintained- Ensure customer and client satisfaction is prioritised throughout the project duration.Who are we looking forWe are looking for a highly motivated, organised person, with integrity, who can work both in a team and on their own.We are looking for someone to join us for the long term who will grow and develop with our team.The candidate should have good capabilities in the following:- Project management with building technical knowledge.- Health and Safety compliant- Microsoft Office- Plan and Manage projects remotely- Good communication skills- Manage budgetsThe other bitsWorking Hours: Monday - Friday (08:00-17:00)Location:Office: Old Hatfield, HertfordshireSites: Within M25Benefits: Car package included, Telephone package included, travel and fuel costs will be compensated
