Job Description

PMR is working with a luxury Student Accommodation client based in Central London, looking to hire a Post Room Support/ Building Assistant on a full time basis. This is a wonderful opportunity to join an ambitious, thriving and professional company witha true innovative spirit, located in heart of London (zone 1).Hours: Monday to Friday, 12.00pm to 20.30pmSalary: £24,794 per annumCore Duties:

  • Process post and parcel delivers using our online system (Traizr)
  • Conduct post audits when required (3 audits per week)
  • Manage the RTS (Return to sender) system
  • Support our stakeholders in parcel management
  • Working with the property team to minimise "lost parcels" and manage lost parcel process
  • Deliver parcels to resident flats as appropriate
  • Going above and beyond to deliver excellent resident service.
  • Provide front of house services at the property as required.
  • Support colleagues with lock outs, hire system and fire panel support.
