You will be responsible for the planning of all build to rent schemes -attending design meetings and offering expert advice to all clients.You will assist with new business propositions- adding your expertise and value to all of these pitches. You will work alongside the finance team assisting with the creation of annual budgets and objectives, whilst constructing specific budgets and objectivesfor your area.You will work with colleagues in the BTR department to mobilise operational schemes. Complete client reporting and attend client meetings as a Touchstone representative. Build and manage key client relationships and identify emerging areas of potential growth.This will be a home based role that will involve national travel to project sites.
