Our client, an independent engineering and sustainability consultancy, are looking for a fully qualified BREEAM Assessor with significant commercial experience. The successful applicant will join a team of consultants in London and help deliver comprehensive, cost effective and innovative advice to a broad client base.In this role the main responsibility will be to provide sustainability consultancy support to the team, this includes certification of buildings and development of sustainability strategies. You must be experienced in full management of environmental assessment of buildings using BREEAM, LEED, WELL Standard and Ska including collation of evidence and certification. The successful candidate will have good English skills both written and verbal along with excellent interpersonal skills, in order to deliver concise, well written sustainability reports. It will occasionally be required of the successful candidate to lead project delivery of sustainability reports, so solid presentation skills are essential.It is essential that candidates have a strong academic background including a bachelors and/or masters degree in subjects such as: Energy Engineering and Sustainability, Environmental Science, Energy Systems or any related discipline.Essential Skills:
