BREEAM Assessor - LondonOJ0064Salary up to £45,000 + BenefitsOur client is currently recruiting for a BREEAM Assessor to join a rapidly growing BREEAM team on a permanent basis. This is a perfect opportunity for a dedicated, passionate professional who wants to take the next step in their career with a well-establishedBuilding Services and Sustainability consultancy.To be considered for this BREEAM Assessor role you will:

  • Have a relevant Bachelors/Masters Degree
  • Be a licensed BREEAM assessor
  • Be a team player with the ability to work independently
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Have Experience of Local Authority policies, their application and the planning process
Working as a BREEAM Assessor you will:
  • Be responsible for BREEAM consultancy and assessments, predominantly for mixed-use and non-residential developments
  • Engage with the client and project team to ensure that sustainability requirements are taken into consideration and achieved
  • Deliver high-quality consultancy and written reports
  • Ensure that the client receives timely, professional advice and assessments
  • Act as Project Lead, responsible for the project management of a range of sustainability services
