Job Description

Hou will be reporting in to the Head of Marketing, and developing strategy to ensure brand adherence processes are operating effectively. To do this, you will be expected to manage the workload and priorities across core areas.Client DetailsMy client are a global management consultancy firm.Description

  • Ensure all company material is on brand.
  • Realtime brand review of client proposals to track brand infractions, score compliance and provide stakeholder brand coaching as required for major brand infractions
  • Provide coaching and role-model good brand behaviour through a variety of existing and yours to create change initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc brand review/compliance initiatives as required
  • Implement new brand concepts
  • Evaluate new concept performance, refine and re-test as needed
  • Ensure successful concepts are broadly rolled out across the firm and wired in across the Marketing Team as part of BAU
  • Support content creation across departments, ensuring all content aligns to and reinforces our core brand messaging.
Profile
  • Experience in a marketing role, where you have managed a multitude of competing priorities and associated risks in a B2B environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrable experience in creating, sourcing and editing a wide range of engaging content
  • An extremely high attention to detail for visuals and copy, with experience in editing content and enhancing the storyline/impact to the point of it being client/digital ready
  • A proven ability to prioritise, and work through ambiguity
  • Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Demonstrable experience with performance metrics and analytics tools - youll be held at a high standard to deliver results, so youll need to be confident in communicating clear answers on how were doing - and be rigorous about where were achieving success
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across a global firm (and time zones), including the skill to influence colleagues
  • Proven creative experience where youve had to think outside the box, but also employ strong analytical thinking
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks relating to new and emerging opportunities
  • Proven understanding of social and digital media in broader reputation and brand building
  • A passion for growth, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Experience in professional services is ideal but not essential.
Job Offer
  • 6 month FTC with scope for extension/turn permanent.
  • Salary - £65,000 - £70,000 (pro ratad)
  • London based opportunity - hybrid working
