Brand ManagerUp to £50,000RemoteThe CompanyA fast growing, beauty accessories brand based in London, boasting an impressive client base of retailers such as Boots, ASOS and Urban Outfitters. As a result of this, the role is full remote, giving you the freedomto work hours around your life.The Essence of the RoleA newly created role, with a focus on spearheading the health of the brand, looking at the brand evolution, assets and NPDs. This role will be the brand guardian and suit a commercially minded individual, always looking for opportunities and lead generationpossibilities. You will gain international exposure and will be rewarded in line with the companys progressive plan.The Scope of the Brand Manager

  • To work closely with the founder to codify existing brand and find ways to make it even more engaging and consistent
  • Developing and implementing global brand and marketing strategies
  • Improving and protecting the brand, guarding the way it is presented across all channels, socials and through third parties
  • Learning and improving on existing brand voice, and writing great copy that sets products and brand apart, across the website, socials and externally
  • Creating and implementing a suite of brand tools, strategic marketing campaigns and communications to effectively position the business and its products
  • Managing marketing campaigns, across digital, print, influencers and more.
  • Ongoing analytics and reporting of marketing campaign and website performance, iterating to improve our processes and strategies
Prerequisites
  • Proven experience in brand management ideally in a creative sector i.e. fashion, beauty
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect data into actionable strategies
  • Creative and innovative thinker, out the box thinking is ideal
  • Excited to take charge and have full autonomy in a role
  • Passion for UX and creating unrivalled customer journeys
  • Experience taking a start-up to the next level would be a huge advantage
