Job Description

Brand Activation Executive - Partnerships, Sponsorships & Events - Retail Property Management Co. - up to £50,000 + benefits - London / Hybrid Working An exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Activation Executive has become available at a leading international Retail Property Management company based in Central London. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience and Brand Partnerships, the Brand Activation Executive will cover the disciplines of partnerships, sponsorships and events and will involve making new connections, creating new ideas and managing them from inceptionthrough to completion.This newly created role is suited to a creative and commercially savvy individual who can pull multiple stakeholders together to deliver new customer experiences to the clients portfolio.Ideally, you will be experienced in Partnerships, Sales, Business Development or Marketing and will have demonstrable success in a relationship / account management role. Project management or events management experience is a key skill were looking for.Opportunity: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, international retail property management company in Central London. Our client is offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package including hybrid working.Key responsibilities in this Brand Activation Executive role include:

  • Seeking and identifying partners that will bring new non-traditional value to the company
  • Building long term relationships with brands and continually looking to grow value in the partnerships
  • Developing detailed understanding of retail sites, demographics, footfall and customer profiles across the portfolio to support commercial negotiations
  • Supporting Centre Marketing, Digital and Operations teams with the delivery of their marketing plans - including events, working with events operation agencies and sponsors
  • Project managing and coordinating the cultivation of big ideas through collaboration with the wider business
  • Developing relationships with brands and account managing their compliance, contract, legal on-boarding and lifecycle
  • Analysing data and producing reports

  • Previous experience in a similar role - experience in one of more of the following is sought: Partnerships, Sales, Business Development or Marketing
  • Relationship / Account Management experience
  • Project Management or Events Management experience
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Creative and commercially savvy
  • Excellent people skills with confident communication capabilities
  • Third party supplier management experience is desirable
