Role: Book keeper*** Experience working within an IT Company essential ***Reports to: Head of FinanceWe are looking for a strong experienced Book keeper / Finance Assistant who will be responsible for recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process. The Book keeper will verify transactions are recorded in the correct accounts, suppler ledger and general ledger, bring the accounts to the trial balance stage.·Salary around the £35k mark·Ideally from IT Industry·AAT qualified·Strong Credit Control skills, producing aged debtors and payment reports·Accounts Payable (supplier pay runs)·Accounts Receivable (raising sales invoices)·Prepare Accounts to Trial Balance·Running payroll experience·Has exposure in writing Management accountsCandidate profile·Must be very organised - carrying out repetitive and routine tasks, that needs to be completed in a timely manner·Excellent communication skills - ability to be forceful but professional, able to communicate with clients and internal team members·Have an enquiring mind - values accuracy, ability to investigate any inaccuracy, they will be a problem solver and correct errors·Excellent IT skills Required skills
