Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Defining and leading the strategy for new deals (pricing, sizing, tranching, timing, marketing tools).
  • Provide the market reading and recommendation needed for any client of the platform, both internal and external.
  • Pitching with clients (issuers or investors) for prospect business, in coordination with Origination, Client Coverage and Sales.
  • Underwriting, hedging, unwinding positions taken on the primary market.
  • Representation in comittees and forums, both internally and externally.
  • Implemention of Industry standards and market practices.
  • Coordination with the Credit Value Chain (Origination, Trading, Sales, Research, LM) to develop and implement the strategy of the platform, meeting the objectives, and beating the budget.
  • Work as a bridge in between the Private Side and the Public Side of the business. Managing the flow of information in between Public/Private side and viceversa. Conduct wallcrossing exercises, liaising with Compliance when appropriate.
This position will require the candidate to have a valid Mifid certification. In case the candidate is not certified, they will have to obtain the pertaining certification upon the incorporation to the role.Previous Knowledge and Experience:
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Excel and Microsoft office pack.
  • Basic bond maths or strong mathematical background.
Languages:
  • Fluent English.
  • Other laguages would be appreciated.
