We cover all disciplines in pathology including allergy, biochemistry and endocrinology, haematology and blood transfusion, histopathology and cytology, immunology, and microbiology and serology, with each laboratory equipped with the best available analytical instrumentation.Job Description The main purpose of this role is to assist in the delivery of SCMD clinical diagnostic services. This will include taking a lead role in the preparation of FFPE material for subsequent DNA extraction (curl cutting) and/or review by pathology staff (slide prep/staining), as well as participation in the workload share of DNA extraction and setup of a range of PCR based diagnostic assays used in the management of cancer care.Sarah Cannon Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory, Molecular analysis:At Sarah Cannon Molecular Diagnostics, we perform a comprehensive range of molecular tests to support the oncology care pathway.
