You will have access to data on any reported incidents of COVID in the area and will need to liaise with businesses such as restaurants and bars to inform them of any recent customers that have been infected and have reported visiting their premises.There will be full training provided and shortlisted candidates will need to do an online test to assess numeracy and literacy skills.You will need to have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills and, in addition to English, be fluent in one of the following languages:1) French2) Turkish3) Arabic4) Greek5) Spanish6) PolishYou will need to be available to start at 1 weeks notice
