Job Description

Big Data Java Developer - Java, Kafka, ELK, Flink, Python - RemoteWe have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, innovative, global organisation based in London as a Java Big Data Developer.Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience using Java (and ideally have most recently been using Java 8+) and working on big data applications like kafka, ELK, Flink etc.
  • Continous Integration tools/pipelines or any DevOps.
Somebody who has got in-depth knowledge of design , architecture , development and maintenance
  • Proven experience using Spring MVC or another Spring Suite framework
  • Experience of using ElasticSearch (ELK) and similar Data Processing tools is must
  • Extensive experience developing RESTful APIs.
  • Extensive experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience of working with Java Script and associated frameworks
  • Experience of Devops and Docker practices.
Exposure to Python is an added advantageDesirableThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Java/Spring Developer to work for a highly reputable, global company where you will have the opportunity to rapidly develop your skills and experience.All applications must be made on-line.
