Job Description

Biddable (paid social) Director London Up to £65,000My client is a global media agency employing over 600 people global. In London the biddable team are an award winning and fast growing team of 60, based in the centre of Tech City and work across a portfolio of diverse clients and managing around £100M inad revenue. This is a brilliant opportunity for an established Paid Social expert who is ready to step into a senior leadership role.The role The role is to run the EU Biddable team to convert harvested demand -built during the pandemic - into product sales and support building the brand through brand building campaigns across the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Benelux and Scandinavia.The client is a challenger brand and while it will be challenging to out spend category leaders, the account is focused on outsmarting the category by using data, technology and platform optimisation.Responsibilities:

  • Lead the biddable team of 2 x Account Managers, 1 x Senior Account Executive and 2 x Account Executives to deliver consistent work quality.
  • Lead the career growth and path of the Biddable team by making the account an inclusive, inspiring, exciting and innovative environment.
  • Grow the account with proactive ideas and hypotheses to test and grow.
  • Work closely with planners to align on best practice planning to strategically define the role of Biddable channels and platforms.
  • Work closely with the Analytic team to run incrementality studies to prove the value of Biddable platforms and generate valuable learnings to feed into planning.
  • Provide thought leadership for clients and planners to drive Biddable platform delivery forward.
  • Adopt Biddable technology and scripts to automate and improve platform performance.
  • Deploy platform best practice for Planners, Analyst and creative partners.
  • Drive the client agenda for Biddable platform innovation and effective application of data.
About you:Ideal Experience:
  • At least 7 years of experience in digital media or ad tech with subject matter expertise in Social and YouTube.
  • Experience running centralised local to regional Biddable or Digital accounts.
  • Experience managing a pyramid team structure.
