Bid Manager - Landscaping - LondonWorking for an award-winning national landscaping company with revenues in the region of £500+ million in the city of London. You will be bidding, tendering at preconstruction stage of multiple projects, ranging in value from £100,000 to £5+ million projects.Location: LondonSalary: £55,000 - £60,000 Basic + Bonus + Car or allowanceRole Description:The Bid Manager will take a lead role in the delivery of bids and tenders across the landscaping market sector, working collaboratively with pre-construction, operational, health and safety, and commercial teams.One of UK and Europes leading landscaping organisations who work across both private and public sectors and have an excellent reputation within their market & specialise in a wide range of prestigious projects from landscape design and build to groundsmaintenance. Ambitious growth plans by the business will see landscaping division double their turnover by the year 2025. They have an excellent reputation within the landscaping market and have a secured an impressive pipeline of new sites for a few yearsto come. Most of their work is within East and SE London.As the Bid Manager you will work closely with the Operations Director in order to create winning bids and tenders - managing the process from conception through to stakeholder engagement, bid / tender submission and project award.Utilising the Pre-Construction teams that are being brought into the London region to ensure the team has a good work ethic and ultimately good win ratio. You will be involved with managing the bid & tender process, H&S documentation/Programmes but alsosupporting the presentation content as the ultimate sign off for the bid.Likely to be an experienced Design Manager or Project Manager wanting to progress into pre-construction role, but ultimately you will have been a major part in a bid previously is essential.Requirements
