A regular contender for various Forrester/ GartnerMagicQuadrant style awards in the Contact Centre software solutions sector.The role:You are the person who leads our clients bid activities, including document production and team liaison. You will also be seeking out new tender opportunities and decide our win’ probabilities based on our technology offerings and internal capabilities. On a day-to-day basis, you will work with the business to ensure all key activity is delivered effectively and that all key requirements are met for the most strategically important opportunities across the sector. Some specifics we are looking for are the ability to use effective capture strategies and plans to assemble a bid process, tangible and demonstrable experience of building a bid process from the ground up, guiding the business with the relevant service, product and business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid, whilst taking ownership and responsibility of the end-to-end bid process and adapting these as we grow. Youll need a deep understanding of our industry and trends and be able to communicate that in your communications and responses to clients requirements.Skill sets:
