The Role:We are partnering with an award-winning, internationally recognised architecture and interior design practice who are looking for a competent and detail-orientated Bid Manager to join their successful London team.The role reports to one of the partners and is responsible for leading the companys bid process including; competition submissions, managing and coordinating the companys new business leads and creating marketing materials and content.The company offer a social, collaborative and friendly culture, boasting an excellent social calendar and a beautiful office. They pride themselves on their fun yet hardworking ethos and although they are a large practice, they still like to maintain a family feel.Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead the bid process and the companys competition entries Research and write bid proposal documents and related marketing content Produce high quality marketing and business development material Manage and compile bid documents Manage the database relating to new business, leads, competitions, pitches and pipeline Work with the senior team to develop the companys brand and profile into new sectors, including monitoring trends and industry opportunities Produce relevant content for use in marketing, website and digital communicationsKey Skills: At least 3 years working within bid management/business development in an architectural/design company Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, (Illustrator an advantage) Confident in writing bids, proposals, marketing content, and experience with graphics Meticulous in your approach with ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Team player, collaborative and sociableTo apply for this position please click on the pink button.By applying for this role you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website).The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency.
