Job Description

Bid Coordinator - London Great opportunity for an analytically minded, energetic, and natural communicator to join one of Londons best project management teams in construction.The CompanyThe successful Business Development Coordinator will join a first class, leading construction and property consultancy and would be joining an enthusiastic team, working on high profile projects across London.The Bid Coordinator The successful bid coordinator will assist three project management teams covering multiple sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Higher Education and HealthcareThe bid coordinator will be required to:

  • Manage entire bid process, from procurement to completion
  • PQQs
  • Pipeline tracking
  • Market research
  • Assist in creating high quality bids
  • Presenting bids to stakeholders and partners
  • InDesign proficiency
  • Uploading onto portals
  • Maintaining content in an organised manner
  • Strong English grammar skills
  • Meeting tight deadlines
  • Microsoft and Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
