Job Title: BI Delivery LeadLocation: Sheffield / London / HomeworkingSalary: Up to £50,000 per annum + plus bonusAs the BI Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the standards, quality and technical approach taken by the BI team, ensuring it is in-line with the IT strategy and that projects are delivered with minimum risk, on time, and on budget. Additionally, youwill be responsible for Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence Reporting design and delivery, ensuring business stakeholders needs are met and bringing your knowledge and experience to exceed those expectations.As part of your role, you will have oversight and day to day management of a team of outsourced development resources to deliver the BI roadmap and manage the outsourced delivery team ensuring best practice is followed and solution designs are in line withcompany architectural principles by following appropriate IT Gove ance processes, so that solutions delivered are fit for purpose. Additionally, you will lead the technical design to integrate/ incorporate the appropriate data into the enterprise data warehouse for all change programmes, act as the liaison between third parties and company, confidently relaying technical information toa non-technical audience when required. You will have background in Agile application development, experience with managing third party delivery team and inte al analysts, and experience of implementing business intelligence and data warehouse technology platforms, master data management, data integrationand OLTP database solutions. In addition, it would be beneficial for you to have a good understanding of NoSQL/schema-less architectures, and experience of working in Financial Services.Knowledge and experience:
