Job Description

Responsibilities of the BI & Analytics Solutions Sales Specialist

  • BI & Analytics Solutions Sales Specialist must take ownership and lead on all sales activities for sales reporting purposes.
  • Manage and direct complex cycles of business analytics sales.
  • Liaise closely with a range of teams and executives to achieve great customer satisfaction and expectations.
  • Maintain and grow a strong sales channel of revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure strong and trusting relationships are built and maintained with key decision makers.
  • Create and implement account plans for each customer, including strategy, actions, timeframes and responsibilities.
  • Have continuous oversight of opportunities through Saleforce.com.
  • Requirements of the BI & Analytics Solutions Sales Specialist
  • The BI & Analytics Solutions Sales Specialist needs previous experience working in a similar fast-growing tech company, ideally with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Worked with and comfortable working with analytics and BI solutions (Qlikview, Business Objects, Tableau etc.)
  • AI, Machine Learning and predictive analytics are of interest.
  • Exhibit strong strategic thinking, initiative and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Demonstrate ability to follow structured sales.
  • Be able to thrive within an end-user community.
  • Demonstrate ability to create accurate and robust forecasting.
  • Display motivation and excellent time management, organisational and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with B2B software/technology sales, preferably within WFO/Call Centre industry.
  • Availability to travel, around 50% of the time.
