Job Description

Role :BI Analyst/Developer - HRLocation: Remote - UKInitial 3 Month ContractDaily Rate: Competitive -PAYERole and Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and deliver applications that provide advanced people analytics in the form of reports, dashboards, presentations and infographics to support the HR function and wider business in achieving their goals
  • Design, build and maintain the data flow from disparate HR systems to a consolidated data warehouse for consumption by end user applications.
  • Ensure controls are in place to maximise accuracy and to maintain a robust reporting suite that is delivered within agreed SLAs
    • Key Skills and Experience:
  • QlikView
  • SQL, including Microsoft SSMS, SSIS and SSRS
  • Microsoft Excel and Access, including knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and its application for process automation in Excel and Access.
  • Oracle PeopleSoft Query Manager, Oracle BI Architecture, Oracle BI Analysis Editor and Oracle BI Dashboards an advantage
    • Additional Requirements:
  • Eligible to work in the UK without the need of visa support/sponsorship
