Job Description

About the CompanyAn award winning international law firm are looking to hire a Benefits & Wellbeing Manager to lead the team and work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver the benefits and wellbeing strategy.About the RoleThe role will entail:

  • Manage and administer London benefit programmes
  • Work with the Global Director to design and implement the firms benefit strategy
  • Act as Secretary to the Pension Trustees
  • Propose new innovative benefit packages
  • Oversee the pension process
  • Liaise with third party providers
  • Line management of two people
  • Budget management
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Oversee UK and international payroll
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders
Job RequirementsThe successful candidate will have experience of managing pension schemes, pension policy and administration as well as an understanding of payroll and working in a global reward function. Experience of Peoplesoft is highly advantageous.
