Grade: 9 (relevant for internal applicants only) The Location: London Fixed Term: 10 months The Team: The EMEA benefits team provides specialist technical expertise, advice and support for a variety of crucial regional and global benefits processes and this individual will be a key part of that team. The Impact: By providing day-to-day management of all benefit activities in the EMEA region, this position will make processes more effortless and continually improve our people experience. Whats in it for you: Part of a global team, covering 17 EMEA countries Contribute thought leadership for all EMEA benefit programs - such as best practice reviews, trends, benchmarking, gap assessments and policy change recommendations Grow in your career journey Responsibilities: Support the Senior Manager for Total Rewards in the management, communication and administration of benefits on all aspects of benefits, including regulatory requirements/changes Manage benefits lifecycle for all EMEA new hires Manage day-to-day interactions with our vendors to ensure a smooth experience for our people Provide expertise and counsel on benefit policies and programs to People Partners. Design and maintain process documentation for the benefits programs. Partner with the Global benefits team on global team initiatives, global projects, development of processes, procedures, and job tools; work to ensure consistency with global processes and procedures. Analysis and prepare MI reports Continually improve the employee experience What Were Looking For: Basic Qualifications: Extensive experience in UK & EU benefit practices, preferably within a multinational organization. Experience in managing and administering the provision of benefits, policies and processes is essential for this role. Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Comfortable interacting with and presenting to colleagues and senior leadership members Experience of delivering a benefits communication strategy Understand and anticipate internal client needs in a way that builds the reputation of the Total Reward team Knowledge of compensation/payroll including explanation of how benefits interact.
