The role is based in London, with hybrid working, offering a great opportunity to make an impact and bring value as the business continues investmentin its reward strategy.Client DetailsJoin a global consulting firm that helps organises to mitigate risk and resolve disputes.Under 3,000 headcount in EMEA.A rapidly growing, flexible and dynamic professional services firm, based in London.DescriptionA Benefits Advisor (EMEA) to:- Support the Reward team globally.- Support a variety of benefit and pension projects, including implementation of new benefits, benefit harmonisation and building benefit onboarding/offboarding automation.- Lead on all matters relating to benefits.- Manage any benefit renewals.- Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of the UKs and Middle Easts Benefit portal, including annual enrolment windows.- Partner effectively with the HR Service Centre, and other specialist teams for smooth deliverable.- Design, build, and deliver upskilling initiatives, and training to ensure consistent knowledge and processes across the region.- Point of contact for general benefits questions.ProfileA Benefits Advisor (EMEA) with:- Experience of benefit renewals, including medical and risk.- Experience with a few European countries essential.- Demonstrable employee benefits and pension knowledge and experience, within fast moving professional service firm.- Confidence to operate in a fast moving environment with high attention to detail.Job OfferGlobal roleLondon Based - Hybrid Working£55-65,000Additional Benefits TBC
