We are seeking Behavioural Assessment and Measurement Scientists with expertise developing assessment and survey content for a Global Technology company. This role will join the Learning and Development team.***HOMEWORKING *****This person will possess knowledge of different item and response options methods, a strong psychometrics background, scientific survey methodology, and computing various content integrity and validity analyses.These assessments will measure the effect of development initiatives and should be correlated to other metrics in the company such as promotion, attrition, absence within teams and the daily employee satisfaction surveys.In this role, you will lead the content development and execution strategy.These include (but are not limited to) attrition, engagement, productivity, diversity, and culture.You will also develop research-based recommendations that will be auto generated to improve just in time’ manager feedback and leader decision making at scale.What youll do:• Lead a scalable global content development and research strategy EU Wide• Conduct psychometrics analyses to evaluate integrity and practical application of content• Develop and iterate on testing, experimenting, and evaluating content prior to launch• Combine quantitative and qualitative data to inform research• Develop and innovate on new measurement approaches• Identify research streams to evaluate how to mitigate or remove sources of measurement error• Partner closely and drive effective collaborations across multi-disciplinary research and product teams• Manage full life cycle of large scale research programs (Develop strategy, gather requirements, manage and execute)• Analyze results on a regular basis to report out impact of development initiativesRequired skills• In a PhD or in progress of obtaining a PhD or equivalent Masters degree• Plus 2+ years of research experience in a quantitative field• 2+ years experience investing the feasibility of applying scientific principals and concepts to business problems and products• Experience developing assessment or survey• Advanced Statistics (Factor Analysis, Item Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Regressions, IRT, Validation, HLM)• Proficiency in at least one statistics program (SPSS, R, SAS, Python, etc.)• Experience using and researching with single-item measures• Adaptable, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Strong organizational skills, time management, and program management skillsPreferred skills• 3-5 years of relevant experience described above• Experience writing and communicating technical information for non-technical audience• Experience with SQL, R, or Python, data warehouses, machine learning, and building automated analytical systems is a plus• Experience leading complex (beginning to end) research projects with multiple stakeholders• Domain expertise in work-related behaviour• Experience providing thought leadership and consultationFor further details please contact Katie Collins Required skills
