This role is situated within a vibrant mainstream primary school located in the heart of Redbridge, East London.Behaviour MentorResponsibilities

  • You will be needed to provide dedicated tailored support for a primary school pupil with autism.
  • You will be needed to cultivate an inclusive and supportive learning environment conducive to the pupils growth.
  • You will be needed to employ effective strategies tailored to the pupils unique needs, maximising their learning potential.
  • You will be needed to collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to craft personalised support plans.
Behaviour MentorRequirements
  • YOU MUST be Team Teach Trained to apply.
  • Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor, particularly in assisting students requiring additional support.
  • Display empathy and a deep understanding of the diverse needs of pupils.
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a heartfelt passion for fostering student success.
