Join our team as Behaviour Mentors and help empower children with Autism to reach their full potential!At TimePlan, we believe in providing comprehensive support to children with Autism, creating an inclusive environment where they can flourish. We are actively seeking talented Behaviour Mentors who are passionate about making a difference in the lives ofthese exceptional individuals.Why work as a Mentor with TimePlan EducationMake a difference: By joining our team, you will contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive educational environment for children with Autism. Your dedication and understanding will help break down barriers and provide the necessarysupport to foster their success and well-being.Professional development: We are committed to your professional development as a Behaviour Mentor. You will have access to ongoing training and resources that will enhance your skills in behaviour management, communication strategies, andunderstanding the unique needs of children with Autism. Our school offers training each week to help support staff and build on their techniques and skills.Pay: Fair and competitive pay rates based on experience, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract, should you wish.Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for working with children with Autism.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
  • Previous experience supporting children with behaviour that challenges.
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in behaviour support or working with children with Autism (desirable but not essential).
