This is a new strategic system for the GPI team and thus we require a strong candidate with a background in MI development and strong customer delivery.What would you be getting involved withYoull be working on the Beeline projectto test and implement new Non Perm Worker (NPW) reports. This will involve running NPW reporting requests, challenges and partner demands, ensuring optimum data control, security and handling standard methodologies are employed.Youll ensure daily/weekly/monthlyreporting is produced on time and with accuracy, to ensure the Group, Supplier Managers and Divisions have the vital information at their fingertips. In addition, youll see opportunities and innovations for improved reporting and processes that simplify andimproves our partners experiences and the Groups strategic position.Youll take a lead role in understanding future changes to our People systems. Initially this will be Beeline, but may in future develop to include Workday and Service Now. This will involveassessing any changes required to data and reporting. Youll also lead our partners to understand their key requirements, taking personal accountability for meeting partner needs.A key part of your role will be to collaborate closely with other members ofGroup People Insights and our wider teams in Organisational Design and Development, to support our range of projects and activities, share knowledge and experience, and seek a directional leadership role for colleagues across the team. Youll influencing partnersfrom across the Group and in particular liaising with the NPW core team to set expectations, flag risks etc.Youll act as a subject matter authority on the Groups NPW reporting, and share knowledge and standard methodology with the team. This will involvecontinually looking for process improvements and efficiencies within the NPW reporting and wide team responsibilities.Additional accountabilities include: SME that responds to any process change requirements as a result of changes to NPW reporting and keepsup to date with the latest regulations. Ensures the team report in a timely manner for all NPW reporting.
