Job Description

Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Reception/Administrator to work for an International Beauty Brand in Central London.Purpose of this role will be to ensure the efficient operation of the studio.Duties include:

  • Meet and greet all visitors with the highest level of customer service
  • Answer calls and deal with studio enquiries
  • Booking and cancellation of model appointments
  • Maintain and update retail product displays
  • Maintain necessary stock levels
  • Take payment and keep weekly records for course fees, model fees and retail sales
  • Coordinate of weekly student/model numbers
  • Maintain the computerized model base
  • Provide all information regarding student numbers and details of course attendees
  • Book student/models on appropriate courses
  • Collect and record all course fees
    • Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Reception experience
  • Administration experience
  • Experience of dealing with members of the public
  • IT proficient
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to prioritise and problem solve
  • Experience within the Hairdressing/Beauty industry would be a bonus
