Job Description Morgan McKinley are working closely with a Professional Services firm offering services who are looking to hire a BD and Marketing Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. BD & Marketing Assistant - Professional Services Morgan McKinley are working closely with a Professional Services firm offering services across accounting, advisory, insolvency and corporate finance, who are looking to hire a BD and Marketing Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a broad position supporting the wider BD, Marketing, PR and Communications team in order to deliver strategic marketing plans and ROI. As BD and Marketing Assistant you will;
  • Aid in the development, deployment, and assessment of multichannel communication strategies, encompassing email, social media, and website channels.
  • Evaluate marketing and communication data, providing comprehensive reports to the team.
  • Collaborate with Business Development (BD) managers to facilitate sector and service marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain the accuracy of data in the firms Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Generate and refine potential target lists for Business Development campaigns.
  • Contribute to event support, including webinars.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and prospects.
  • Assist in the creation of bid and tender documents, managing proofreading and document/text organisation.
  • Contribute to the production of reports, collateral, and web content.
Successful candidates will have;
  • Around 1 years of experience working within a BD or Marketing role
  • Knowledge and/or a keen interest in working within Professional Services
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to generate new ideas to the business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create bespoke content
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence to work with Partners and Fee Earners
