Job Description

The jobFor our newLALOContemporary Mexican Kitchen & Barbrand we are looking for passionate coffee lovers. We are searching for barista’s who love to make apowerful Espresso or who are getting excited to make a creative latte from breakfast till evening.The most important thing for our LALO Barista, is that hospitality is in your blood and that you are able to chat with the guestsand also will ensure that the LALO guests have an unforgettable experience.Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests with a smile and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Offer additional and complementary products (upselling)
  • Prepare coffee, tea and espresso based drinks (both hot and cold)
  • Prepare a variety of food items
  • Assist in maintaining clean and orderly stations and front of house
  • Help maintain consistent high product standards and brand experience
    • Requirements
  • Attentiveness and patience for customers
  • Passion for hospitality and coffee
  • Aim to deliver excellent presentation skills
  • English needs to be spoken fluently
  • Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Active listening and effective communication skills
  • Team spirit
  • Ability to have a flexible schedule and be able to work on nights, weekends, and or holidays
