Rhubarb Recruitment has a job vacancy for a Barista for a Coffee Store located close to Regent Street in one of London’s most exclusive areas. The café works with speciality coffee, straight shifts, mainly daytime.We are looking for a Barista with previous experience working with Speciality Coffee. You will be required to demonstrate a good working knowledge of making all types of coffee and should be confident using manual coffee machines and grinders. You must alsobe able to demonstrate good latte art skills.Fluent English essential, Italian speaker (nice to have but not essential) and other European languages a plus. It would be amazing if you have SCA or similar coffee training, but not essential.Full-time 40 hours per week, 8-hour straight shifts, a mix of early and late shifts, the latest shift finishes at 9 pm.SalaryThe salary is £35,440 (Basic salary £27,040 + Service Charge of £8,400 per year). Service charge is payable only after completion of the initial 3-month probation period.StartASAP
