Londons most curious cocktail bar & absinthe parlour is hiring! The Last Tuesday Society is hiring a Bar Manager to lead our incredible team. We are looking for somebody who is career driven within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic,enthusiastic, guest and product driven person to manage one of Londons Best Hidden Cocktail Bars in the heart of Hackney.The Last Tuesday Society is an award-winning cocktail bar, winning Design My Nights "Best Bar in all of London" award in 2019. The bars list of premium Absinthe was also short-listed for Imbibes Specialist List of The Year in 2020.Your Job roles will include:Securely Opening & Closing of the venueEnsuring exceptional customer serviceBe a Personal licence holderAdapt to situations pro-actively and progress successfullyBeing a trusted key holder to the venue and card holder for petty cashDisplay a passion for absinthe and classic cocktails Maintain excellent time-keeping and attendanceComplete weekly Ordering & Stock managementWork closely with Bar Director to create new exciting cocktail menusDevelop brand relations with suppliers and ambassadors.
