Superb opportunity for a senior banking and financial services lawyer with experience in complex lending transactions to join a top private bank.I have just been exclusively instructed by a well-established private bank on a fantastic permanent senior legal counsel role.My client is looking to hire a senior level banking and financial services lawyer who has a background in complex lending transactions relevant to the private banking/wealth management business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a new specialist legalteam within the new Group Legal Function of the bank which is exclusively dedicated to the legal support of the Global Product and Services team, which includes credit products, including providing legal advice and supporting its various projects across theorganisation.The successful candidate will focus on providing legal advice on complex credit matters for the bank and will advise the Group Credit Committee on the credit structure and will work with colleagues in lending management, credit risk and with the lendingspecialists to draft the documentation and provide legal sign off on the deal.The role holder will also be responsible for:
