The trust is dedicated to improving health outcomes by delivering the highest quality integrated healthcare, research and service provision.The Trust provides a Day Nursery at the Charing Cross Hospital; this is mainly used by the staff but is also available to the general public. The Charing Cross Day Nursery site is managed by the Resourcing Service of the Directorate of People & OD.We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, dedicated Assistant Childcare Practitioner to join our team for a substantive contract.You will undertake childcare duties working alongside Qualified Childcare Practitioners, and be responsible for your key children, and provide excellent customer service to members of the public and staff who use the nursery.Although no formal childcare qualification is required you must be able demonstrate an understanding of the childcare sector and have an interest in working with children, you will need to have excellent communication and inter-personal skills together with the ability to demonstrate initiative.The Trust is strongly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of its staff, patients and children.
