** Back End Developer - Oxford or Remote - £45k to £65k **Avanti Recruitment have partnered with a digital agency who work with one the most impressive client lists I’ve seen in a long time. They are going through a steady period of growth, and as such are looking for experienced Backend Developers to work on some really exciting Ruby on Rails projects. You will be building, maintaining and scaling large complex applications for their clients that include some huge, instantly recognizable global brands. Their client base is constantly growing, as is the project work, so you can expect to have lots of really exciting work to get stuck in to when you join. The company pride themselves on giving their developers the time, tools and autonomy to complete the work to the highest standard, so you will never be asked to "rush something out the door" because of client demand.
