As a startup unit, every member of our team responds positively to breaking new ground and are willing to challenge current practiceand to be challenged themselves.About the jobWe are looking for an experienced, performance driven marketer who understands what it takes to attract the B2B audience in key markets around the world.The purpose of the role will be to develop a multi-channel marketing strategy to generate and nurture leads for partnerships within our short course portfolio, through the development of successful B2B marketing campaigns as well as their channel roll out.This role is about generating awareness, driving quality leads and supporting our regional development team of our courses and services, and in turn having a direct impact on sales.This role must also successfully partner with external stakeholders as well as agencies and third-party suppliers. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this position will be working collaboratively with functional experts within the Marketing teamto ensure all marketing activities deliver the desired result.The B2B Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to market a variety of courses within the short course category. Never a dull moment!Key Responsibilities:Marketing planning

  • Lead the development of the B2B marketing plans based on performance analysis, research and competitive intelligence review
  • Build lead generation strategies that deliver quality leads across multiple channels
  • Work in partnership with the Marketing & Recruitment team to map the customer journey from awareness to post sale engagement
  • Work alongside the Recruitment team to plan region / market specific marketing activities
  • Ensure plans and proposals are socialised and approved internally by the Head of Marketing and other relevant stakeholders before rollout.
  • Support Regional Development Managers in the strategy development and planning of events
  • Identifying relevant industry partners and institutions as part of the B2B lead generation initiative
Marketing plan delivery
  • Working in collaboration with the rest of the Marketing team and external agencies to deliver the B2B marketing strategies in a scalable and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure relevant stakeholders are involved at the level and at the right point of the process
  • Lead regular progress updates to ensure initiatives are delivered on budget and in a timely measure
  • Use performance data to ensure optimisation of marketing activities is done on a regular and frequent basis.
Stakeholder relationship management
  • University partners
  • Work with relevant short course University partners to share relevant marketing plans and assets development, seeking approval where appropriate.
  • External agencies:
  • Work with members of the Marketing Team to manage the relationship and performance of agencies to ensure quality of output and service level are on point.
  • Internal stakeholders:
  • In addition to members of the Marketing team, Recruitment team and Regional Development team, the B2B Marketing Manager will also be working with the Operations and Platform team, Market Research team.
Performance management and reporting
  • Ensure the performance of marketing initiatives are tracked and reported on a regular basis
  • Measure and analyse data to increase channel engagement and generate more inbound requests
  • Lead the post campaign performance analysis and presentation at course intake debrief meetings.
What we are looking for in you
  • Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel digital B2B marketing strategies with a clear demonstration of success achieved
  • A track record of designing and delivering high-performing B2B lead generation strategies across the full range of digital channels including email, social media, paid media, content and SEO
