Job Description

Overview:Exciting opportunity to join a global tech giant that is changing the world through digital experiences. They help their customers create, deliver, and optimize content and applications.Your new Role:As the Campaign Strategy Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for creating and leading the campaign strategy required to meet business goals primarily on the B2B solutions side of the business. Through a solid understanding of strategy, targets,audience, and competition the Campaign Strategy Manager aka you will be responsible for developing impactful campaigns and working closely with others to ensure these are delivered across all marketing channels.Your new team:The primary goal of the Campaign team is to drive pipeline and revenue. They focus on high-velocity, solution-focused campaigns that drive a large volume of high-quality leads. Collaboration is key, and they work closely with various marketing, sales, productmarketing, and global teams.What will your new Day to Day look like:While onboarding and training, you will gain a solid understanding of the business challenges, be that the products, which I have no doubt if you work in marketing you will already be using on a daily basis, or Client Needs, Targets, and Overall Performance.Once onboarding has finished you will be:

  • Identify campaigns and help shape quarterly plans.
  • Guiding on campaign execution.
  • Campaign tracking and reporting.
What I am looking for in you:
  • Ideally, a minimum of 8 years of experience working within B2B campaign strategy and execution.
  • You will have solid experience in campaign strategy or campaign management in a demand generation-focused role.
  • Thorough understanding of B2B buyers business challenges and decision-making as well as experience working with B2B sales and marketing funnels and terminology.
  • In your new position, you will be part of a wider team so it goes without saying that you naturally thrive on collaboration and you actively seek, build and foster mutually beneficial relationships across all areas of the business internally.
  • Proven success building B2B marketing funnels and scaling profitable demand.
