Job Description

Azure Infrastructure Analyst Tasks

  • As a member of the Support & Operations team, you will provide Infrastructure Support for Solidsoft Reply Healthcare Managed Service Customers
  • Manage and maintain Azure based infrastructure including (but not limited to) patching & updates, certificate management, and security
  • Provide service improvement recommendations and work to improve service provision and alignment to business needs
  • Support distributed micro services architecture and Support release deployments
  • Ensure the stability, performance and efficiency of complex systems that may not have a GUI

Qualifications
  • Computer Science/IT based degree required
  • Microsoft Azure knowledge, ideally with an Azure certification, is essential
  • Good working knowledge of Windows Server Infrastructure, Azure DevOps, Service Management, Infrastructure as Code
  • Significant understanding of Querying Data Sources (E.g. Microsoft Azure Application Insights, Cosmos DB, SQL Server)
  • Required knowledge of Network & Data Security
  • Working within a Support & Operations function supporting custom applications
  • Ideally, youll have an ITIL v3 certification
  • Fluency in French would be advantageous
