With a strong benefits package to boast, workingfor a great leader who is supportive and encourages their staff to make changes, and to be part of this growing company, makes this role in our opinion a great opportunity.CassonX are looking to speak with candidates with group/scheme level Asset Transfers or Transitions experience, or wider experience in an Investment Operations team with knowledge of Asset Transfers / Transitions for defined contribution or defined benefitpension schemes. This role suits someone who has been a Supervisor or Manager of people and processes, and you will have prior experience of dealing with technical and complicates Asset Transfer / Transitions. This experience will be gained in a similar typeof opportunity, probably in another platform, fund administrator, custodian, life company or pension fund manager, and the salary of offer will be reflective of the pedigree gained. You will ideally have some experience of managing the transitions plans tocompletion, and that could include drafting the documentations surrounding this process, onboarding and AML processes, restructuring activities like when due to changes in target allocations as example, and offboarding of schemes to other providers. Preferencegiven to those with CISI Investment Operations Certificate qualification or equivalent, and to those who understand the time pressures in getting deals done and making sure that settlements, reconciliations and dealing requires.You will hold accountability and be the direct line manager of a small team of Asset Transfers / Transitions specialists, deputising for the departmental head in their absence, and be accountable for all process and controls documentation and enhancements.This very varied role will see you gain access to all parts of the Asset Transitions at group/scheme level, and will require you to be hands on as well as strategic. It is quite a manual process, so a keen eye for detail is required, especially when consideringthe role will require you to plan and manage all onboarding activities, and transferring assets across fund providers, transfer agents and custodians where necessary. You will get involved in many of the restructures their clients require, and support allinstructions of standard and non-standard onboarding/offboarding fund trades.
