Job Description

AV Technician (MSP) Location: London Salary: £30k - £40k + Company BenefitsFull Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:30 + overtime)The Client:Our client is a dynamic IT services provider, delivering comprehensive technology solutions worldwide, spearheading digital transformation initiatives for organisations spanning various scales.The Role:As an AV Technician, you will be logging incidents via CRM, managing support tickets, and providing real-time on-site support.Duties:

  • Conducting daily room checks and ad-hoc testing.
  • Offering first/second-line support and workaround solutions for critical issues.
  • Providing meeting support for clients needing assistance with audio/video conferencing connections.
  • Setting up and dismantling ad hoc meeting rooms, including AV equipment, projectors, and microphones.
  • Troubleshooting Audio Visual and Video Conferencing issues.
  • Managing Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMAs) with internal operations and manufacturers.
  • Collaborating with sales for new customer requirements and overseeing consumables & stock holding of onsite spares.
Requirements:
  • Previously worked as an AV Technician or in a similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Audio Visual Support.
  • SC Clearance is essential.
  • Experience with Crestron and IPTV.
  • AVIXA CTS certification. (Preferred)
  • Right to work in the UK.
