Automatic Door Engineer /Maintenance Engineer / PPM Engineer / Multi Skilled Engineer / M&E Engineer / Access Engineer / Electrical EngineerDisrupt Agency are recruiting for several M&E Based engineering positions covering Door Engineers, Access Engineers, CCTV/Security Engineers, Fire door engineers/Fitters, Shutters and Glazing Engineers/Fitters and many more. DiSrupt Agency isan outsourcedrecruitment business specialising in the Property and Built Environment Engineering Sector. We have recently started working for a growing organisation that specialises within the Property sector providing Maintenance Engineers for servicing, installing,fault diagnosis and repairs for Automatic Door Access, Access Control, CCTV/Security Systems, Windows and Shutters and fire doors.This is an opportunity to join a company during an exciting period of growth with a number of high profile contracts that offer long term career progression and job security.Door Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing various automatic door systems and all associated electrical equipment
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding.
• Build good working client relationships
• Reporting and logging of parts and materials including keeping check of stock levels
• Communicate the status of jobs via company CRM to colleagues and managers
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures
• Ensure the correct storage of equipment, power tools and materials
• Ensure Company Vehicles and Office storage areas are kept clean and tidy, in line with safety regulations
• Ensure awareness of health and safety policies and procedure including protective equipment and clothing
• Complete and maintain health and safety records including COSHH assessments and ensure knowledge of data sheets for all equipment and materials used
• Manage quality control of workload.
• Complete accurate notes on clik at completion of works with correct start and end times, materials used and additional notes for additional repairs
• Always working to all Company policies and practices, legal regulations and to undertake relevant training and development.

Competencies

• Previous experience working on all types of automatic door and security systems.
• Valid EN 16005 certificate (Automatic door engineers only)
• CSCS Card
• Experience and training within industry manufacturers –Record, Dormer, Getsy, Sliders, Revolving Doors
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, legislations, policies and procedures
• Experience working in a customer facing environment
• Maintains current knowledge with the latest technology

Further information

• Given the nature of this work this will require someone who can be flexible with start and finish times and is willing to put in the work that is required to get the job done. This often involves changing start and finish times to accommodate our clientrequirements and often provides opportunities for overtime.
• This is a field-based role and hours will vary depending on client request for early or late starts and even Out of Hours working, all of which are remunerated to support the best engineers.
• A full clean UK driving licence is essential for this role
