This senior manager position will see the successful post-holder manage a portfolio of £500k-£700k fees (15-30 clients), with most engagements being audit focused and some (ad hoc; c.10%) advisory and accounting elements like internal controls and financialdue diligence, bringing a nice variety to the role.These clients are a mix of large, listed, multi-nationals to smaller family-run businesses across multiple sectors including but not limited to real estate, recruitment, retail, hospitality, financial services, not for profit, sports and entertainment andso on.The successful applicant will manage the end to end audit process, agreeing deliverables, managing budget and invoices as well as a team of staff. They’ll also support new business development via tendering processes and attending networking events.The senior manager will benefit from an incredibly attractive remuneration package made up of a basic salary, cash allowance, discretionary bonus and profit-share scheme bonus. They’ll receive soft and hard skill training directly from members of seniormanagement and benefit from a 35hr working week, with core hours between 10am-4pm.On average, the senior manager will spend 2 days per week in the central London offices which are gorgeous on the eye. When working from home, they’ll also receive a work-from-home allowance to spend on office goods etc.The ideal candidate will come from a Top 10/Top 20 firm or similar and have experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients and a team of people.
