Job Description

IAC are recruiting for an audit senior manager or audit director (non RI or RI status) to join a Top 25 firms property/real estate team based in London.The role/team:

  • Run a large portfolio of property / real estate clients – FTSE 250 developers to entrepreneurial investors (owner-managed businesses) – as well as managing a team of people.
  • Dive into generating and winning new business – be rewarded with referral fees for introducing new clients.
  • Support clients with audit and assurance needs as well as get involved ad-hoc special projects like transaction services.
  • This property/real estate team has doubled their fees in the last few years and has grown rapidly since. They have similar plans of growth for the future, as do the firm so expect to build a team around you and see rapid progression of your own career.
  • Report directly to the Partner. Experience plenty of face time with them and the rest of the business’s leadership/senior management team.
The Firm:
  • Top 25 firm based in the heart of the city of London.
  • Offices based right by the river with tube and overground train services within walking distance. The offices are spacious, modern and compare equally to Top 10 firms. Expect to be there 2-3 days per week and experience zero client travel.
  • The current culture is young and vibrant whereby there are multiple home growth partners within their 30s – the firm are investing heavily at the junior level to find the next generation of future leaders.
  • The firm have a huge focus on people and are also investing highly in training and development.

  • Generous base packages plus a profit share scheme bonus c. 5% and performance-based bonus up to 20%.

What we need:
  • Minimum 1-2yrs experience within the UK market and with UK property/real estate clients.
  • ACA or equivalent qualified – RI status ideal but not required.
  • Knowledge of how to audit property businesses and aware of the risks they face.
  • Ideally someone from a Top 50 background.
  • Great client and team management skills. Someone that is commercial and personable.
