The firm in question is looking for someone to work as an Audit Senior who is nearly or newly qualified with an ACA or ACCA and who was the confidence & ability to run an audit independently. The hiring manager is looking for someone who is keen to learn and progress within the firm and who enjoys building client relationships. Key for them is a persons attitude and they want to hire someone who is always looking to take on more responsibility and would prefer speaking to the client on the phone as opposed to sending an email. There will always be an opportunity to take on added responsibilities from training a new starter or graduate to attempting to win new work. The clients this firm work with are varied, working with SMEs covering a variety of industries from healthcare to import/export. The incoming Audit Senior will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of companies from a different industry every week.
