Fed Finance is a dedicated recruitment firm which specialises in Accountancy, Audit & Corporate Finance roles.My name is Baptiste YLÖNEN and my client, a top 10 audit & accountancy firm, is looking for an Audit Manager, French speaking.As a Manager youll lead meetings (in English and French) with clients (virtually and in person), coordinate and lead audit teams, write and review audit reports. Represent the Firm in person with multiple stakeholders which can include multiple internationalorganisations and partners. You may be required to perform international travel depending on the requirements of the assignments.. Contribute to the success of their clients while working as part of a multicultural and multilingual team in the heart of vibrantLondon. The role of audit manager is both challenging and rewarding and offers travel experiences that very few other roles can match. Responsibilities: * Assist in the management of global framework contracts * Prepare audit plans based on a full understanding of the terms of reference and the applicable grant contractual conditions * Lead opening meetings with clients and auditees and clearly present audit findings at closing meetings * Demonstrate an ability to identify issues and areas of non-compliance on an assignment and write a detailed, precise, and clear assignment report * Lead assignments in various countries (both in-country and remotely) acting as the client focal point * Be prepared and able to travel and lead international assignments when required * Coordinate in-country audit teams performing fieldwork, ensuring regular management oversight of the work being conducted * Perform reviews of audit reports and manage the timely delivery of reports to clients * Participate in writing bids/proposalsRequirements: * Strong written and spoken French and English skills * A professional accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / DEC / CIMA or equivalent); * Excellent presentation skills * Demonstrable professional audit experience * A genuine interest in international environment and working in a multi-cultural context. * An ability to communicate in a professional, constructive, and respectful manner * Experience of working or volunteering internationally * Be prepared to be out of the office on international assignments multiple time a year * Ability to conduct assignments in a sceptical but constructive manner * Be able to manage time effectively Youll be able to be yourself; theyll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business.
