Job Description

Broadgate Search is partnered with a market leading, high-growth challenger bank, looking to hire an Audit Manager.This tech-enabled bank has enjoyed huge success in recent years by proritising customer and employee engagement, leading to rapid international expansion and a successful IPO in recent years.It is a fantastic time to join as the future looks bright, and the successful Audit Manager will be afforded a wealth of progression opportunities and the opportunity to build and grow a high performing team.Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Delivering end-to-end audits for the Group Internal Audit
  • Delivering high quality risk-based audits and reviews across the group
  • Discuss findings of audit reviews with senior stakeholders
  • Develop relationships with operations, compliance, IT and operational risk
  • Produce management reporting required to support audit activities
  • Hire, develop and train a team of Audit Seniors
We are looking for:
  • CMIIA, ACA or ACCA Qualified with at least three years PQE
  • Must have experience managing an end-to-end audit
  • Must have experience working in Financial Services, ideally within a mid-sized firm
  • Knowledge of IIA standards
